Spacious 2 bedroom with big bathtub, fridge and washing machine.
Building is too old and run down. Dark lobby and corridor. No facilities.

It was just Okay, but wouldn’t come back (and would’t recommend either).
Building not maintained well.
Location was great and the whole developments was great and well maintained but this very property was just run down, not managed at all.

가격 대비 방이 커서 좋았어요
가격 대비 방이 커서 좋았어요 주방에 냉장고 가스 , 전기주전자 등이 있어 간단한 음식을 해 먹을 수 있어서 좋았어요 주차장이 협소한거 같지만 아무렇게나 주차 해도 되서 편한거 같기도 하구요...
휘닉스 아일랜드 안에 위치하고 있어 네비를 포닉스 아일랜드를 찍고 가면 안되요 출입이 마음대로 하는게 아니라 인터폰 눌러서 휘닉스 아일랜드 직원에게 포닉스 간다고 말하면 문을 열어주는데 은근 불편하네요.. 건물내에 투숙객이 얼마 없어 좀 무서운 분위기였구요.. 투숙객이 얼마 없다보니 청소가 잘 되어있는건지.. 미심적은 부분이 많았어요 .. 화장실안에 있는 블라인드를 제대로 안해놓으면 복도에서 보이기도 하는 구조라 ... 좀 조심스러웠어요.. 건물관리가 안되서 ... 좀 지저분한것 같고 밤엔 너무 무서웠어요;; 다신 안갈거같고.. 추천도 안할 것 같아요 ㅠ_ㅠ

착한가격으로 럭셔리하게 잘 쉬다 갑니다~
겉으로 보기와는 다르게 실내 인테리어는 가성비 갑! 입니다. 최신인테리어와 청결하고 깔끔했던 실내를 잊을 수 없을 것 같아요. 착한가격으로 이곳에 머물 수 있었던 건 운이 좋았다라고 말씀드리고 싶을만큼 뷰도 좋았고 위치도 실내부도 너무 좋았어요.
겉으로 보면 굉장히 서늘한 기분이에요 이상하게 무서운 기분이 계속 들어 실내에 들어오면 나가기 싫었고 밖으로 외출하게 되면 숙소로 돌아오기 싫었던... 왜그런지 알 수 없지만... 저랑 신랑은 그런 기분이였어요ㅠ
